Hi there-- I'm Moriah, wife and dog mom with a new small business in the Denver suburbs. In 2022 I began the process of planning my own wedding, and I was floored by the florist quotes I was receiving. Spending so much for something that would die so quickly felt like such a waste. And so I did my research into faux flowers—I knew that with time and a little elbow grease, I could not only save thousands of dollars, but actually create flowers that were perfectly in line with my wedding colors, and lasted far beyond the big day.

I came upon Sola wood flowers, crafted from a soft wood that grows in the wetlands of Southeast Asia. Not only were they affordable and a far more environmentally-friendly choice than fresh cut flowers, but they allowed me to take full creative control of the process and create items for the big day that I knew I would cherish forever.

And with that, my choice was made. I had a blast creating table centerpieces, boutonnieres, headbands for my flower girls, bridesmaid bouquets, and of course my own bridal bouquet, which still sits proudly in our living room on display.

I soon realized the potential of a business in creating these arrangements, not only for weddings but for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and general home décor. And so, with very little entrepreneurial experience but a lot of determination and dedication, a business was born.
