Please note that customized orders are ineligible for return; all sales for customized items are final.

How far in advance should I reach out about a wedding-related order?

Short answer: the earlier, the better! Long, more nuanced answer: every wedding is different. A request for a single bridal bouquet of course won't take as long to make as an order for a 15-person wedding party and table decorations. We want to do our best to make sure that we have your exact colors on hand to work with, that the products are made with care, and that they will arrive via shipping carrier with ample time before the big day. We recommend reaching out to us at least 90 days before your wedding, but cannot guarantee any specific turnaround times as each order is different. But above all, we know that the actual event is what matters. If we think we'll be unable to fulfill the request with the provided timeline, we'll be honest about that up front.

What are Sola wood flowers made from?

Sola wood actually comes from a tapioca plant root. It is a tropical species of the Euphorbiaceae (spurge) family. These plants are extremely drought resistant, naturally abndant, and they can be grown quickly and sustainably. This makes them an eco-friendly alternative to fresh cut flowers.

What are care instructions for my flowers?

Part of the beauty of sola wood flowers is how low maintenance they are! No watering, no trimming, no rearranging. Colors may fade slightly over time if left in direct sunlight but they are quite hardy! The actual blooms are delicate. They are dipped into a softener solution that makes them more malleable and less breakable, but you should still be gentle with them!

How long will it take to get my order?

I will do everything I can to get an order shipped within a week of placing your order. Please allow extra time for custom order requests that may require additional time or for dyeing or ordering components.
